Within the last few months, we've received a large amount of feedback regarding the picture advertisements and the lack of diversity amongst women of color and plus size women to properly show how the lingerie would look on varies body types. So much so that the feedback was personally answered by our owner who also happens to be a woman of color who is plus size and artist Ahsek Novel.
Recently, she shared REAL pics of herself at a local Victoria's Secret store, in a dressing room (see above and click to view more pics) via her Facebook in hopes to prompt advertisers to show all body types and in support of all plus size women of color who love their sexy size...because we do exist, all over the world!!!
Since our affiliates have total control over their advertisements and button designs, our owner can choose not to use certain ones if she feels them to be offensive or misleading or negative however the issue is "the lack of diversity, low representation of plus size women and women of color" not the type of adertisements due to the obvious fact the we are in the business of selling lingerie, sexy costumes and adult pleasure products...so maybe a worldwide plus size model search for women of color is a good plan??? It's possible.
