Many of us have been following the rules
by staying at home and keeping our distance from others, while others
having been going against the grain.
As we had into week two of social
distancing, the NYC Department of Health wants to share safe sex tips
while social distancing yourself from others.
Lets check out some of their tips.First up, masturbation will not spread COVID-19, especially if you wash your hands (and any sex toys) with soap and water for at least 20 seconds before and after sex, according to the release. “You are your safest sex partner.”
The release continues with if your bae doesn’t live with you, it’s recommended that you do not have intercourse. Sex with bae can lead to the spreading of the virus if infected. According to the release, the virus can be spread through direct contact of one’s saliva or mucus. In other words, NO ORAL SEX, unless you’re using a condom.
